Notes: Sum: greasy, but good. Thin patty with lots of fatty flavor. The bun is really nice – not marshmallow sogged – but definitely not dry either. The key to this burger is in the special Shake Shake mayonnaise sauce. Here’s an excerpt from NY Magazine’s "Grub Street" where you can read about the sauce and the burger.
